In addition to the remedies provided and irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the director of agriculture may apply to the court of common pleas for a temporary or permanent injunction or other appropriate relief against continued violation of the provisions of sections943.01to943.17of the Revised Code.
