Text

As used in sections941.21to941.28of the Revised Code:

(A)"Brucellosis" means a contagious or infectious disease of animals caused by brucella suis, brucella melitensis, or brucella abortus.
(B)"Negative" means any of the following:
(1)Cattle, bison, and swine that are determined to be negative by tests conducted in accordance with methods and standards adopted by the animal and plant health inspection service, United States department of agriculture, in 9 C.F.R. 78.1 et seq., as amended, or that are reclassified as negative by a designated epidemiologist in accordance with rules adopted under section941.22of the Revised Code;
(2)Animals other than cattle, bison, and swine, that are reclassified negative by a designated epidemiologist in accordance with rules adopted under section94
