(A)Whoever violates division (A), (B), (C), (E), (F), or (G) of section935.18of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and a felony of the fifth degree on each subsequent offense.
(B)Whoever violates division (D) of section935.18of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
(C)Whoever violates division (C) of section935.29of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense. Fines levied and collected for violations of that division shall be distributed by the mayor or clerk of the municipal court in accordance with section733.40or division (F) of section1901.31of the Revised Code to the treasury of the municipal corporation whose ordinance was violat
