Text
(A)Whoever violates sections925.21to925.32or925.51to925.59of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates section925.62of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(C)Whoever violates section925.07of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
