Text
No person shall sell, offer for sale, or have in his possession for sale, either privately or on the open market, consign, deliver, receive, or distribute any container covered under sections925.21to925.32, inclusive, of the Revised Code, if the face or exposed surface gives a false representation of the contents. It is a false representation if such face is not reasonably representative, in size, color, quality, and varietal characteristics, of the remaining portion of the container.
