Text

Whenever fresh fruits or vegetables are packed, re-packed, sold, or offered for sale in containers previously used by another person or which were manufactured and labeled for any person other than the grower, packer, or repacker any inaccurate markings pertaining to the previous contents of such containers shall be first obliterated, and new markings placed thereon, which markings shall be plain, distinguishable, and legible. If any type of bag is used, it shall be turned inside out so that no previous markings are exposed to view and new markings placed thereon.
