Text
If the court fails to pay a fine within the time specified in section925.12of the Revised Code, and after demand has been made therefor, the director of agriculture shall add ten per cent thereto and certify such claim and penalty to the attorney general, who shall proceed as provided in section131.02of the Revised Code.
