Text
(A)Whoever violates this chapter or rules adopted under it, except division (G) or (P) of section921.24of the Revised Code, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on a subsequent offense.
(B)Whoever violates division (G) or (P) of section921.24of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree on a first offense and a felony of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense.
(C)No recovery of damages shall be allowed from administrative action taken or for "stop sale, use, or removal" if the court finds that there was probable cause for that action.
