Text
All registration fees collected under sections919.01to919.18, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be paid to the director of agriculture and deposited by him with the treasurer of state to the credit of the general revenue fund.
Fifty per cent of all fines collected for violations of sections919.01to919.18, inclusive, and section919.20, of the Revised Code, shall be paid to the treasurer of state to the credit of the general revenue fund. The remaining fifty per cent of such fines shall be paid into the general revenue fund of the political subdivision in which they were assessed.
