Text
(A)Whoever violates division (D) or (F) of section918.02, division (A) or (B) of section918.11, or section918.03,918.05,918.06,918.08,918.12,918.24,918.26,918.30, or918.31of the Revised Code, or any rules adopted under section918.04,918.11, or918.25of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on a second offense and each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (C) of section918.11or division (C) of section918.31of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
