Text
(A)The director of agriculture may enter into an agreement with the United States department of agriculture authorizing employees of the department of agriculture to provide the federal meat grading and certification service to grade and certify meat, poultry, meat products, and poultry products in the state. The agreement shall comply with sections125.111and126.07of the Revised Code.
(B)If the director enters into an agreement pursuant to division (A) of this section, he shall appoint the employees of the department of agriculture to be trained and licensed by the United States department of agriculture as meat graders. The director may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code as he determines necessary for the effective administration of this section. The rules
