Text

No person shall do any of the following:

(A)Sell or offer for sale, transport for sale, or deliver or receive for purpose of sale, any poultry product, unless the shipping container, if any, and immediate container, bear the markings and information required by section918.30of the Revised Code or by the "Poultry Products Inspection Act," 71 Stat. 441 (1957), 21 U.S.C.A. 451, as amended by the "Wholesome Poultry Products Act," 82 Stat. 791 (1968);
(B)Use any written, printed, or graphic matter upon, or accompanied with any poultry product inspected or required to be inspected pursuant to section918.22of the Revised Code, or on the container thereof, that is false or misleading in any particular.
(C)No person shall knowingly offer for sale or sell adulterated poultry or poultry product
