Text
Each establishment licensed under section918.28of the Revised Code shall maintain records showing the receipt, delivery, sale, movement, or disposition of poultry products and shall, at reasonable times, permit the director of agriculture or his authorized representative to have access to and copy such records. Any record required to be maintained for the purpose of this section shall be held for a period of not less than two years after the transaction.
