Text
(A)(1) Whoever violates sections909.03and909.10of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(2)Any person who violates division (D) of section909.10of the Revised Code also shall not be remunerated for the eradication of his Africanized honey bees.
(B)Whoever violates any section of Chapter 909. of the Revised Code for which no penalty otherwise is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
