Text
No person shall sell, distribute, or have in the person's possession for sale, a poisonous seed treatment material in the state unless the material meets the color standards or specifications that are established by the director of agriculture pursuant to section907.43of the Revised Code. Products sold and distributed as seed treatments shall conform to directions for use on labels accepted for registration under Chapter 921. of the Revised Code and the federal "Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act," 61 Stat. 163 (1947), 7 U.S.C.A. 135, as amended.
