Text
When the director of agriculture finds that any person has violated sections907.27to907.35of the Revised Code, or any rules adopted thereunder, he may file with the attorney general, the prosecuting attorney, or city director of law in the jurisdiction where the violation occurred, or where the person lives, with view of prosecution, the necessary evidence. The attorney general, the prosecuting attorney, or city director of law of the county wherein the offense was committed or where the person lives shall institute proceedings against any person charged with violation of such sections if the evidence warrants such action. After judgment by the court, the director may publish any information pertinent to the issuance of judgment, in such media as he designates.
