Text
The director of agriculture may:
(A)Refuse to register a brand of legume inoculant or the director may cancel a registration that previously has been approved when, in the director's opinion, the brand of legume inoculant is distributed under false or misleading claims;
(B)Issue a stop sale order on any legume inoculant or pre-inoculated seed that is not registered, that is improperly or insufficiently labeled, that is offered for sale after the expiration date printed thereon, or that has been subjected to devitalizing conditions.
