Whenever the director of agriculture finds that any person has violated sections907.01to907.17of the Revised Code, he may institute proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the alleged violation occurred, or he may file the necessary evidence with the attorney general or with the prosecuting attorney of the county where the alleged violation occurred. The attorney general or the prosecuting attorney shall institute proceedings against any person so charged if the evidence warrants such action. After judgment by the court, the director shall publish any information pertinent to the issuance of judgment in such media as he designates.
