Text
The director of agriculture may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue a permit to label seed for any violation of sections907.01to907.17of the Revised Code. No permit to label seed shall be suspended or revoked except for failure to pay either the fee or penalty provided in section907.14of the Revised Code until the permit holder has been given a hearing by the director in regard to the proposed suspension or revocation or unless a hearing is waived by the nonappearance of the permit holder at the time and place designated by the director. Any appeal from any such suspension, revocation, or refusal shall be made within thirty days after the suspension, revocation, or refusal.
