Any lot of liming material not in compliance with sections905.51to905.65of the Revised Code, or any rules adopted under those sections, is subject to seizure on the complaint of the director of agriculture to a court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the liming material is located. If the court finds that the liming material is in violation of sections905.51to905.65of the Revised Code or any rule adopted under those sections, it shall order the condemnation of the liming material. The court shall not order the condemnation of the liming material without first giving the manufacturer, seller, or distributor an opportunity to reprocess or relabel the liming material to bring it into compliance with sections905.51to905.65of the Revised Code and the rules adopted under those se
