The director of agriculture may, subject to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, adopt, amend, and enforce rules and regulations to implement sections905.51to905.65, inclusive, of the Revised Code. No person shall violate any rule or regulation adopted by the director pursuant to sections905.51to905.65, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
