Text

(A)The director of agriculture shall inspect and sample any fertilizer within the state to such an extent as the director considers necessary and make an analysis where need is indicated to determine whether the fertilizer is in compliance with sections905.31to905.503of the Revised Code and rules. The director may enter upon any public or private premises or conveyances during regular business hours in order to have access to fertilizer subject to sections905.31to905.503of the Revised Code and rules.
(B)The director shall maintain the services necessary to effectively administer and enforce sections905.31to905.503of the Revised Code and rules. The methods of sampling and analysis shall be those adopted by the association of official analytical chemists or other sources presc
