Text
(A)No person, for the purposes of agricultural production as defined in section905.31of the Revised Code, shall apply manure obtained from a concentrated animal feeding facility issued a permit under this chapter unless one of the following applies:
(1)The person has been issued a livestock manager certification under section903.07of the Revised Code.
(2)The person has been certified under this section to apply the manure by the director of agriculture.
(B)The director shall issue, renew, and deny certifications for the purposes of division (A)(2) of this section in the manner established in sections905.321and905.322of the Revised Code and rules adopted under the latter section for the certification of fertilizer applicators.
