Text

All money collected by the director of agriculture from application fees under sections903.02,903.03,903.07, and903.08of the Revised Code, all money collected from civil penalties under sections903.16and903.17of the Revised Code, and all money collected under division (B) of section903.18of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the livestock management fund, which is hereby created in the state treasury. Money credited to the fund shall be used solely in the administration of this chapter.
