(A)As used in this section, "agricultural structure" means any building or structure that is used in production, growing, harvesting, or housing for the purposes of agriculture.

(B)With regard to fire prevention and safety, agriculture and agricultural structures are subject only to the state fire code established in rules adopted under section3737.82of the Revised Code and not to any other requirements governing fire prevention and safety.
