Text

The director of agriculture may enter into agreements with the secretary of agriculture of the United States pursuant to section 2(f) of the Rural Rehabilitation Corporation Trust Liquidation Act," 64 Stat. 98, 40 U.S.C.A. 440 et seq.

(1950), referred to in section901.30of the Revised Code, upon such terms and for such periods of time as are mutually agreeable, authorizing the secretary of agriculture of the United States to accept, administer, expend, and use in the state any part of such trust assets for carrying out the purposes of Title I and II of the "Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act," 50 Stat. 522, 7 U.S.C.A. 1001 et seq. in accordance with the applicable provisions of Title IV thereof, as amended, and to do all things necessary to carry out the purposes of said agreements.
