Text
In lieu of an employer contribution to pay part of the cost of the benefits provided under section742.52of the Revised Code, the treasurer of state shall make a payment to the Ohio police and fire pension fund in August 1981 and each August thereafter from appropriations made for the purpose by the general assembly.
