Text

On or before the first day of August in 1982 and on or before the first day of August in each year thereafter, the board of trustees of the Ohio police and fire pension fund shall certify to the treasurer of state the amount required to be paid in the preceding fiscal year to persons first receiving a benefit or allowance prior to July 1, 1981, under divisions (D), (E), (F), and (H)(2), (3), and (4) of section742.37and by sections742.377and742.3710of the Revised Code. Upon receipt of such certification, the treasurer of state shall pay to the fund the amount certified.
