Text

The legislative authority of a municipal corporation may declare, by resolution, the necessity of levying and collecting special assessments for the purpose of paying the principal and interest, or part thereof, of bonds previously issued to pay the cost and expense of acquiring, constructing, and equipping off-street parking facilities, structures, or lands required therefor, which principal and interest was contemplated or required to be paid, under the provisions of an indenture given to secure the payment of such indebtedness at maturity, from the fees and charges for the use of such facilities and structures. Such resolution shall:

(A)Describe each such off-street parking facility or structure, its location, and the lots or parcels of land to be assessed;
