Text
No rule or regulation of a planning commission adopted pursuant to this chapter, including any rule adopted under section711.133of the Revised Code, shall become effective until it has been approved, after public hearing, by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation in the case of a municipal planning commission or by the board of county commissioners in the case of a regional or county planning commission.
