Text
Notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code to the contrary, a township into which property subject to service payments in lieu of taxes required under section725.04,5709.42, or5709.46of the Revised Code, or services charges in lieu of taxes required under section1728.11or1728.111of the Revised Code, is dissolved in accordance with sections703.31to703.39of the Revised Code shall assume all rights and responsibilities under sections725.04,1728.11,1728.111,5709.40to5709.43, or5709.45to5709.47of the Revised Code of the dissolved village that granted exemption of the property.
