Text
The receiver-trustee shall perform the following duties:
(A)Resolve the outstanding debts, obligations, and liabilities of the dissolved village;
(B)Approve necessary operations and budgetary functions of the dissolved village;
(C)Settle or resolve any legal claims against the dissolved village existing on the date the dissolution is effective or brought within ninety days after the day the receiver-trustee initially is appointed by the transition supervisory board, as provided under section703.39of the Revised Code;
(D)Administer and collect taxes and special assessments levied by the legislative authority of the dissolved village in accordance with section703.371of the Revised Code during the transition period;
(E)Wind down the involvement of the dissolved village in community
