Text
When the board of county commissioners of the upper county deems it expedient to do so, it may issue bonds of the county to raise the money necessary to pay the costs, including the amount agreed to be paid to the lower county, as provided by section6135.26of the Revised Code, in the manner provided by law in the case of a single county ditch.
