Text
(A)The board of county commissioners shall fix a date, time, and place at the final hearing for the county engineer to receive bids. The county engineer shall prepare the necessary bid documents and legal advertisements as provided in sections307.87and307.88of the Revised Code.
(B)If an appeal has been taken to the court of common pleas, as provided in section6131.25of the Revised Code, the bids may be received and tabulated, but the bid guaranties with the bids shall immediately be returned to the bidders, and no further steps shall be taken on the bids.
