Text
The owner of any lot or parcel of land who objects to the assessment against such lot or parcel as set forth in the estimated assessments filed under section6119.46of the Revised Code shall file such objection, in writing, with the secretary of the board of trustees of the regional water and sewer district within twenty-eight days from the date of completion of the notice required under section6119.47of the Revised Code. Such objection shall include the address for mailing of the notice provided in section6119.49of the Revised Code. An owner who fails so to file such an objection shall be deemed to have waived any objection to his assessment.
