Text

A regional water and sewer district may, from time to time, issue water resource revenue bonds and notes of the district in such principal amount as, in the opinion of the board of trustees of the district, are necessary for the purpose of paying any part of the cost of one or more water resource projects or parts thereof. The district may, from time to time, issue renewal notes, issue bonds to pay such notes and, whenever it considers refunding expedient, refund any bonds by the issuance of water resource revenue refunding bonds of the district, whether the bonds to be refunded have or have not matured, and issue bonds partly to refund bonds then outstanding and partly for any other authorized purpose.
