Section6111.047and rules adopted under division (B)(5) of section6111.043of the Revised Code do not apply to any nonhazardous class I injection well that disposes of naturally occurring formation fluids extracted during salt mining processes into an injection zone consisting of the Oriskany sandstone at depths of not more than one thousand five hundred feet.
