(A)Each person who is issued an injection well operating permit or a renewal of an injection well operating permit for a class I injection well shall pay an annual permit fee of twelve thousand five hundred dollars, except that a person who is issued such a permit or renewal of such a permit for a class I injection well that disposes of any hazardous waste identified or listed in rules adopted under section3734.12of the Revised Code and that is located on the premises where the hazardous waste injected into the well is generated shall pay an annual permit fee of thirty thousand dollars. The appropriate permit fee shall be paid to the director of environmental protection within thirty days after the issuance of the injection well operating permit or renewal of such a permit.
