Text
If the board of county commissioners fails, after a period of thirty days, after the notice and order given it by the director of environmental protection to perform any act required of it by sections6103.02to6103.30of the Revised Code, and by any such order and notice of the director, such order of the director may be enforced by a writ of mandamus issued by any court authorized to issue such writ.
