After a certified copy of the entry of the court and of the appraisals as confirmed by the court, except those parts from which appeals have been perfected but not determined, is transmitted to the secretary of the conservancy district as provided by section6101.37of the Revised Code, the board of directors of the conservancy district may deposit with the court the amount of any confirmed appraisal of compensation or damages, from the award of which no appeal has been taken, for any property or interest in property as included in the conservancy appraisal record and confirmed by the court.
