Text
Upon the entry of the order of the court approving the report of the board of appraisers of a conservancy district, the clerk of said court in which the same is entered shall transmit a certified copy of the decree, and of the appraisals as confirmed by the court, except those parts from which appeals have been perfected but not determined, to the secretary of the conservancy district.
Upon the entry of the order of the court approving the report of the board, the clerk of the court shall also transmit to the governing or taxing body of each political subdivision, to which benefits have been determined, a certified copy of that portion of said order which sets forth the benefit, as confirmed by the court, to such political subdivision, and said governing or taxing body shall receive and f
