Text

The board of appraisers of a conservancy district shall prepare a report of its findings that shall be known as the conservancy appraisal record. The record shall contain the name of the owner of property appraised as it appears on the tax duplicate or the deed records if ascertainable from them, the tax mailing address or other known address of the owner if ascertainable, a description of the property appraised, the amount of benefits appraised, the amount of damages appraised, and the appraised value of land or other property that may be taken for the purposes of the district. In case benefits are appraised accruing to a public corporation as an entity, the name and, if ascertainable, address of the public corporation and the amount of the benefit appraised shall be entered in the record
