Text
The board of directors of a conservancy district may condemn for the use of the district, any land or property within or without said district not acquired or condemned by the court on the report of the board of appraisers of the conservancy district, in the manner provided for in sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code, instead of having appraisals and assessments made by the board of appraisers.
