Text

Pursuant to section5901.25of the Revised Code, the veterans service commission shall use the forms of contracts prescribed by sections5901.25to5901.32of the Revised Code, and abide by the regulations provided by such sections. The commission shall see that funeral directors furnish all items specified in the contract, that when the benefits of such sections are claimed the entire amount to be contributed by the county toward the cost of the burial or cremation shall not exceed the sum of one thousand dollars, and that any remaining costs are paid by the family or friends of the deceased.
