Text

No person engaged in the business of trafficking in cigarettes or in the business of distributing tobacco products, vapor products, or both shall fail to post and keep constantly displayed in a conspicuous place in the building where such business is carried on the license required by section5743.15or5743.61of the Revised Code, or sell or offer to sell cigarettes, cigarette wrappers, or a substitute for either, or sell or offer to sell tobacco products or vapor products, without complying with the law relating to cigarettes, tobacco products, and vapor products.
