Text
Any company which violates sections5729.07to5729.09, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall, upon notice and satisfactory proof being made to the superintendent of insurance, have its authority to transact business in this state revoked for a period of not less than ninety days. Any insurance company whose license to do business in this state is revoked pursuant to this section shall not be again permitted to do business in this state until all taxes and penalties due from it have been paid, together with any expense that may be due under sections5729.01to5729.15, inclusive, of the Revised Code. Such company shall only be readmitted to transact business in this state upon a complete recompliance with the laws in regard to the admission of such company.
