Text
The county recorder shall discharge a lien described in section5715.70of the Revised Code when the release described in that section is presented to the county recorder. In addition to the discharge on the records by the county recorder, the release shall be recorded in the official records kept by the county recorder. The county recorder is entitled to the fees for such recording as provided by section317.32of the Revised Code for recording deeds.
