Text

(A)An enterprise issued a certificate under section5709.64of the Revised Code shall be entitled to the following tax incentives:
(1)With the exception of improvements to land or tangible personal property constituting or used in the retail portion, if any, of a facility, any improvement to land or tangible personal property at a facility for which a certificate is issued, first used in business at the facility as the result of a project, shall not be considered an asset of a corporate enterprise in determining the value of its issued and outstanding stock under division (A) of section5733.05of the Revised Code at the end of the taxable year that includes the certificate's date of issuance.
(2)With the exception of the original cost of improvements to land or tangible personal property
