Text

When an officer, agent, or employee acted in obedience to the instruction or request of a public utility, company, corporation, or association, or any general officer thereof, in violating section5703.43of the Revised Code, a forfeiture of not less than five hundred nor more than one thousand dollars shall be recovered from such public utility, company, firm, person, partnership, corporation, or association for each violation.
