Text

The bridge commission of any county or city may adopt such bylaws and rules as it determines advisable for the control and regulation of each bridge constructed or acquired by it, for the protection and preservation of property under its jurisdiction and control, and for the maintenance and preservation of good order within the property under its control. Such bylaws and rules shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which such bridge is located, and in such other manner as the commission prescribes. Such rules and regulations shall provide that public police officers shall be afforded ready access, while in the performance of their official duty, to all property under the jurisdiction of the commission, without the payment of fees.
